When you receive one of our gifted experiences, you'll enjoy a complimentary session, as well as receive an heirloom fine art portrait.

To book your gifted experience, we kindly ask for a fully refundable holding deposit. We value your time and ours, and this helps prevent any no-shows or last-minute cancellation.

Your experience with us includes a private photography session with our skilled, renown photographers followed by a private cinematic viewing session with our designers for you to see the beautifully crafted images from your session.

You will work with your Art Director to categorize your images from your most favorite to least favorite. As you choose to create something special for your home, your qualified Art Director will guide you through the best display options for the images you love and work with the space you have in your home. For any order you place with us, your gift value credit will be applied towards your purchase. However, you are under no obligation to purchase anything.

Following that, you will be given the option to choose one image to be produced into your gifted fine artwork legacy portrait.

We are delighted to accommodate families with up to 10 members in our studios, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and at ease during the session.

We understand that choosing the right portrait for your home can be a difficult decision, and we want you to feel completely comfortable when it comes to placing an order with us.

If you have been gifted an experience that comes with artwork, then you can simply select a single image and we’ll turn it into a ready-to-frame portrait at the size your gift is valued at. If you wish to use your gift value as a credit, then you can simply work with your Art Director to create the perfect piece for your home and apply the credit toward your order.

Of course, there's no obligation to purchase any additional options, sizes, or portraits from us, but if you do decide to make a purchase, our designer is here to help.

We know that in this current world, people want to share their images with their family and friends. Depending on your order and design, a digital file may be available to purchase of the portrait(s) selected. Please consult with your Art Director during your session.

All orders are final and we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, Haus of Portraiture stands behind our work. If you are not fully satisfied with your portrait, please refer to our policy on your signed agreement/order form. Depending on the type of session, replacement portraits and additional studio credit may be awarded (as is deemed necessary by the staff and client).

Production time vary per order. We'll keep you informed every step of the way with regular email updates, so you'll know exactly where your order is in the production process.
