General Questions About Sessions And Services
-
Our studio is located at 725 Arizona Ave Suite 103, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
-
We create fine art portraits for families, couples, children and pets. Sessions can be designed around a single subject or multiple family members together.
-
Session length varies depending on the number of people and the type of session. Our studio session and viewing runs for a total of 2 hours. This includes the photography session and your viewing experience. This gives us enough time to capture and create and create beautiful portraits for you and your home.
-
We can usually accommodate up to ten people in a single session, while still keeping everyone comfortable and well posed.
-
Every experience includes a private photography session with one of our skilled photographers and a dedicated viewing and design appointment where you see your portraits and plan artwork for your home.
Gifted Experiences And Booking Your Session
-
Gifted experiences include a complimentary session and a fine art portrait as part of your gift. During your viewing and design appointment you can choose to apply your gift value toward additional artwork if you wish, but there is no obligation to purchase more.
-
A fully refundable holding deposit is taken to secure your date and time. This helps us reserve studio time especially for you and reduces last minute cancellations or missed appointments. The deposit is returned or applied toward artwork according to the terms of your gift.
-
No you don’t have to purchase anything above your gifted artwork. If your experience includes a gifted portrait, you are welcome to choose your included piece and stop there. If you decide you would like additional portraits or larger artwork for your home, your designer will guide you through the options. There is never any obligation to purchase more.
Artwork, Orders And Digital Images
-
We understand that many clients want to share their portraits with family and friends. Depending on your order, digital files of selected portraits may be available to purchase. Your Art Director can explain digital options during your design appointment.
-
Because each portrait and artwork piece is custom created, all orders are considered final. Haus of Portraiture follows all applicable California consumer protection requirements. If you have any concerns after receiving your artwork, our team will review your order in line with your signed agreement and California guidelines. In some cases, a replacement or studio credit may be provided where appropriate.
Production and Delivery
-
Production times vary based on the artwork pieces you select and the amount of hand finishing involved. Our production team will keep you updated by email so you always know what stage your order is in.
-
If your order is taking longer than expected, it may be due to the handcrafted nature of our products or shipping delays. You will receive updates by email, and you can always reach out to our production team if you have questions about timing.
-
We take great care in producing and packaging each piece, but on rare occasions damage can occur during transit. If this happens, contact our production team at production@hausofportraiture.com and we will arrange to redo or replace the damaged artwork so that you receive a piece you are proud to display in your home.
